Congratulations on taking the next step towards finding your dream wedding dress! To ensure your visit to our boutique is as enjoyable and productive as possible, we've prepared a few guidelines for your upcoming appointment. ALL our appointments are private, serving only one bride at a time. This is a special moment in your wedding planning journey, and we're here to make it memorable and stress free.
Firstly, feel free to bring up to four guests to share in this experience. Whether it's family or friends, their support and feedback can be invaluable as you choose your perfect gown. Please, NO CHILDREN under 12 years old. No exceptions! We do ask that you wear undergarments, and consider a strapless bra to make trying on various gown styles easier. During your appointment, which will last approximately one hour, expect to try on around 5-7 gowns. Don't worry about shoes—we provide a pedestal for you to stand on, but you're welcome to bring heels if you prefer.
We strive to offer exceptional service for every bride-to-be, which includes our appointment policy. To ensure we can offer the best experience for all our brides, we kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to get a bride in, off our wait list. If you will be late, please let us know! If you are a no-show after 20 minutes, we will assume you are no longer coming and may assist another bride! (or leave the shop to pickup gowns!)

Accessories/Veils Shopping

At our boutique, we are dedicated to offering an exquisite selection of wedding gowns that cater to the dreams of every bride-to-be. Our curated collection is exclusive to gowns that are contemporary and in pristine condition. To ensure the quality and exclusivity of our selection, we have a specific acceptance policy for consignments.
We welcome wedding gowns that are two years old or less, ensuring that our range remains modern and up-to-date with the latest bridal trends. It is essential that these gowns are unworn, unaltered, or are sample gowns, as we aim to provide dresses that are as close to new as possible. Gowns will be inspected for any signs of wear or damage; thus, we only accept dresses that are in very good condition, free from rips, stains, or tears. Please note, we focus exclusively on wedding gowns and do not accept bridesmaid or mother-of-the-bride dresses.
To secure a consignment appointment with us, there is a $25 consignment fee. We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and potentially accommodate other clients. Unfortunately, the consignment fee is non-refundable if the appointment is not canceled within the 24-hour timeframe or if there is a failure to show up for the scheduled appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our consignment guidelines. Our goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for both our consignors and brides-to-be, ensuring that every gown finds its perfect match. Similarly, the height of your shoes will determine the length of the dress hem, ensuring that it grazes the floor just right, without the risk of tripping or looking too short.
Upon your arrival for your first fitting, Slubia will assess the dress on you, considering the undergarments and shoes you've chosen. It's at this time that you will receive a final cost estimate for the alterations. I had such a lovely experience working with Barbara at Cherished Bridals. She was super accommodating and understood exactly the type of gown I was looking for. There are hundreds of dresses in her shop, I could tell she really knew her inventory and showed me all of the potential gowns based on my style / size. After looking at so many dresses, I became quite particular in all of the details, and I was still able to find my dress here (at a great price, too)!

I returned to pick up my dress from Slubia after having it altered. My wedding is in two weeks and Slubia did an incredible job! everything fits perfectly and no other adjustments are needed. Both my mother and the mother of the groom had their dresses altered, and both also fit perfectly! Slubia was so kind and did incredible work for a very reasonable price. Your dress is in good hands with her!

Cherished bridals is wonderful. I was having difficulties finding a wedding dress without spending an exuberant amount of money. I went to a few shops and they actually told me that my budget was too low for them. I became extremely discouraged, started shopping online…although the dresses there were OK. When on they just didn’t make me feel like a bride. One day while wallowing in my dress misery, I came across cherished bridals online. I made an appointment and it was wonderful. Barbara was understanding to my budget, tentative and caring. Slubia is a magician with her skill set. I highly recommend making this your first stop.

This was the best experience I could have ever imagined! I went with my two best friends with no expectations, knowing many people say to try multiple stores to make sure you've found THE one. That wasn't the case for me! Barbara listened to what I thought I envisioned myself in, allowed myself and my two friends to pull a few dresses to try on and then she pulled a few herself. Well let me tell you, she KNOWS what she's doing! She pulled the perfect dress for me, it was nothing I ever thought I'd want but I can't imagine wearing anything else now! I felt so beautiful and like the gown was MADE for me. She found a dress that fit me perfectly and accentuated my curves in all the right places. I truly felt like I had the experience every bride dreams of where they put their dress on and just know it's THE one. I can't recommend Cherished Bridals enough!
